John Carpenter is the Director of the Shields Security Products Division with responsibility for Sales and Marketing of Shields security bags and related products.

Prior to joining Shields Bag and Printing, John worked in this industry as President/CEO of Superior Bag (in partnership with Shields) for 22 years. Notable is his 32 years of direct industry experience in design, sales and distribution of tamper evident security bags.

In his current role, John works with a dedicated team of Security Division specialists and a supporting company staff of almost 500 focused on delivering the highest level of tamper evidence, product quality and customer service in the marketplace.

Jon Missert is a sales representative at the Shields Security Products Division with responsibility for developing innovative products and services and selling them to the financial industry. Additionally Jon has responsibility for managing the logistics operations of our East Coast Order Fulfillment Center in Mooresville, NC.

Prior to joining Shields, Jon spent close to 20 years in this industry as the Vice President of Sales for Superior Bag (14 years) and as a Regional Forms Sales Manager for Clarke American (now Harland Clarke).

Jon leverages this prior experience in financial printing and tamper evident security bags to offer the most innovative products and services to Shields customers across the country.

Jason Hect is a sales representative and technology evangelist at the Shields Security Products Division. Beyond outstanding customer service, his responsibilities include integrating security bag sales with database design, order fulfilment, and web based applications.

Prior to joining Shields, Jason spent 12 years in this industry as Director of IT at Superior Bag. Previously Jason also worked at The Boeing Company coordinating production changes on the 737 program as a mechanical engineer.

Drew Moore is a Sales Associate for the Shields Security Products Division.

Drew works on innovative ways to add new customers, and provide exceptional customer support for the best products in the industry.

Prior to joining Shields Security Products Division, Drew was the commercial auto and fleet account manager at Tailor’d Insurance in Charlotte NC. There he developed new business, as well as maintained current customer relations for the agency. Drew is also a graduate of The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina, with a degree in Business Administration.

In his current role, Drew works with the dedicated team of Security Division specialists and supporting company staff focused on delivering the highest level of tamper evidence, product quality, and customer service in the marketplace.

Haylee Rich is a is Customer Support Manager for the Shields Security Products Division.

Prior to joining the Shields Security Products Division, Haylee worked at an Engineering company Cavotec USA Inc., where she was the Customer Relations/ Order Entry Representative for 6 years. There she provided customer service for all engineered product types and coordinated all returns and repairs.

Haylee finds interacting with customers and helping them in the best and most efficient way possible, her biggest motivation.

Mary Lennartz is a Customer Service Representative for the Shields Security Products Division with responsibility for order processing and inventory management.

Prior to joining the Shields Security Products Division, Mary worked in the Shields Sales Department for 5 years and the Shields Conversion Department for over 13 years packing and inspecting security bags and training new employees on the packing and inspection procedures.

Mary takes pride in delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. Her attention to detail and product knowledge make her very proficient at processing security bag orders and inventory control.
